Which ingredients go into OdorStop Litter?

It contains tofu pellets (soybean fiber, corn starch, pea fiber, calcium carbonate, charcoal), pea pellets (pea fiber, corn starch, calcium carbonate, odor control additive) and sodium bentonite balls.

Can I use it in a self-cleaning litter box?

Most automatic boxes are designed for fine clay litter, so pellet litter may not work smoothly in them. If you prefer scooping by hand, we recommend the Cove Litter Box, which has a wide-slatted scoop and non-stick plastic.

Can OdorStop be flushed?

Third-party tests found it moves through household pipes leaving little residue, yet since bentonite is part of the mix, we advise against flushing OdorStop. If flushability matters to you, go with our pure tofu formulas.

How can it be 99% dust-free with clay inside?

Just 25% of OdorStop is bentonite, formed into dense, rounded granules that hold together. We sift out the fine dust, then blend them with our low-dust plant pellets, giving you the clumping of clay with no dust cloud.

Does Really Great Cat Litter have a shelf life?

For the best results, use an unopened bag within 24 months of the date stamped on it. After opening, use it up within 3 to 6 months and store it closed in a cool, dry place.

How does OdorStop differ from the Charcoal and Lavender formulas?

It’s “ok”

Overall it's okay, but I have some reservations. Now and then the litter sticks to my cat's fur around his tail and rear end (he's medium-haired). One of the dogs also keeps trying to snack on it and got an upset stomach a couple of times, probably since it's made from food ingredients. Even though I scoop out every bit of waste throughout the day, the smell still isn't fully under control...

Great Customer Service!

Alice, who is 19, seems so innocent, yet she is a champion at scattering litter. Nobody else comes close.
REALLY GREAT CAT LITTER earns its name. Tracking is 90% better. I bought the lavender scented one and left for a day. The smell was not good. I asked them for help, and they recommended baking soda until a free bag of the odor control version arrived!!

Easily the best cat litter I have ever tried!

Ten days in and I'm convinced this is the best litter out there! I recently moved into a home half the size of my last one with my 2 cats, and the only outside time they get is in a catio. I was sick of finding litter in my sheets and stuck to my feet, so I tested 5 different brands and this one wins! The cats weren't keen at first, but once the other brands were gone they had no choice and now we're all happy.
